The problem is this; the rest of the country would be unaffected by the rights
that Quebec would receive if they seperated. Basically the only thing we lose
is economic and cultural counterparts to our society, which in some people's
eyes is a big thing. However; generally people in the rest of Canada (assuming
that we will use percentages to make things fair) will be apathetic to what
happens considering none of it will affect them directly. Perhaps for a few
years, things will be awkward economically speaking, but once all the English
businesses move out of Quebec that will not be an issue.
